Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer on a contract basis to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python and React, with a keen interest in integrating SaaS platforms such as Zapier, UiPath, Zendesk, etc. This role will require collaboration with team members primarily in the Pacific time zone, with regular interactions with stakeholders in the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrations with various SaaS platforms.
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python.
Create interactive and responsive user interfaces utilizing React.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are upheld throughout the development process.
Provide support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Python and React is essential.
Previous experience with integrations with SaaS platforms such as Zapier, UiPath, Zendesk, etc., is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of web development principles including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Prior experience as a full stack developer or relevant educational background.
Location and Time Zone:
This position is remote, with a preference for candidates located in the LATAM timezone. However, candidates from other time zones with flexibility to work during Pacific time zone hours are also encouraged to apply. The role will require 2-3 hours of overlap with PST daily to facilitate communication with stakeholders in the Philippines.
