IT Infrastructure Engineer

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• Minimum +3 years of experiencia as an IT Infrastructure Engineer role or similar.
• Strong experience with IT infrastructure management, including SSO, Office 365 and MDM.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to understand and address IT needs.
• Proficiency in configuring and implementing IT tools and systems.
• Excellent communication skills to provide support and training to end-users.
• Familiarity with IT support and maintenance best practices.
• Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Experience with system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems for tracking and resolving IT issues.
• Microsoft Office365 Active Directory: knowledge in identity and access management, user authentication and directory services.
• Microsoft InTune: expertise in managing security endpoints, such as computers and mobile devices, through cloud-based services.
• Proficiency in Windows 11 operating systems, particularly the latest version, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Apple’s operating system, MacOS, including its integration within a corporate environment, security considerations, and compatibility with other systems and applications.
• Certified in relevant IT fields is a plus (Microsoft Certified Identity and Acess Administrator or similar).
• Advanced english level.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand IT requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Roll out Single Sign-On (SSO) and Office 365 for Entra and MDM infrastructure management.
• Implement and configure IT tools for employees.
• Provide support during the onboarding process, including MDM setup on devices and user training.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support.
• Maintain systems and provide technical support as needed.
