About the team + role
You’ll be one of the first members of our growing London team. You’ll be part of a passionate group of people helping Robinhood expand internationally as it continues on its journey towards democratising finance for all.
You’ll also work closely with our experienced and talented marketing team in the US. You’ll provide the local expertise, nous and cultural insight to help Robinhood adapt its content strategy, tone and voice for the UK market. You’ll help bring to life our vision of financial empowerment,
What you’ll do
- Write, edit and publish engaging and impactful content for a range of channels to translate complex financial concepts into simple ideas to a local audience
- Create blogs, emails, articles, and written materials that reach our target UK audience and support them in learning more about the Robinhood UK product
- Work with marketing partners in paid, lifecycle and social media teams to deliver content that reaches new and prospective customers
- Optimise content for SEO with a laser focus on our target audience in the UK.
- Work with the marketing team based in NYC & California. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and initiatives effectively.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong knowledge of financial products and financial markets
- ~7+ years of experience in the financial industry, with financial and marketing content creation experience
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
- Self-motivated and comfortable collaborating remotely.
