What you bring
- Recognised qualification in accounting and/or tax with strong experience in the provision of transfer pricing tax advice and an interest in international tax
- Prior experience or demonstrated proficiency in working in transfer pricing either in consultancy or industry.
- Good understanding of the interaction between transfer pricing and other international tax matters such as direct taxes, both local and cross-border, tax treaties, indirect taxes, and withholding taxes.
- You keep track of recent updates in tax topics that are relevant for transfer pricing compliance (e.g., Pillars 1, 2 of the OECD Programme of Work, Digital Services Taxes)
- You have strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail. Prior experience of accounting and reporting systems such as SAP considered a plus.
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
- Writes and speaks fluent English. Proficiency in other languages such as Spanish, French, German considered advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of transfer pricing compliance globally (including the preparation of transfer pricing documentation such as Master/Local files, country-by-country reporting, local informative returns)
- Engage with stakeholders from different teams (Finance, Treasury, Legal etc) to gather necessary information required for transfer pricing purposes
- Supporting transfer pricing audits, including responding to tax authorities on matters or queries relating to transfer pricing.
- Work with Group Finance in the collection of data and calculation of Group recharges
- Develop and maintain robust company processes and procedures in relation to transfer pricing compliance
- Conducting regular internal review of transfer pricing policies in accordance with the latest tax regulation developments
- Assist in analyzing and advising on transfer pricing methodology for new and existing business

The base salary range for this full-time position is $25,100 USD to $42,400 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
