Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive International SEO Content & Search Specialist to optimize and manage content across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will drive international and multilingual SEO strategies through keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent optimization. You will report directly to the SEO Director and you will be supporting our SEO Managers in delivering SEO solutions for international clients. This role might include some ASO delivery responsibilities as well.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive International SEO Content & Search Specialist to optimize and manage content across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will drive international and multilingual SEO strategies through keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent optimization. You will report directly to the SEO Director and you will be supporting our SEO Managers in delivering SEO solutions for international clients. This role might include some ASO delivery responsibilities as well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Optimization & International SEO: Optimize existing and new content based on keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent.
  • Content Creation Management: Oversee the planning, briefing, and review of content assets, ensuring they align with SEO best practices and brand guidelines.
  • Search Performance Analysis: Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools to track content performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Keyword & Competitive Research: Conduct in-depth multilingual keyword research to identify high-impact keywords, content gaps, and industry trends to inform content strategies.
  • On-Page SEO Implementation: Support metadata, internal linking, and structured data improvements to enhance content discoverability.
  • Collaboration: Briefing in-market resources to run multilingual keyword research, optimisation and content projects.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Keep up with the latest SEO and content trends, including E-E-A-T, AI-driven search, and content experience improvements.
  • Create, manage and close projects on internal project management software to ensure effective billing and invoicing of projects and payment of in-market resources
  • Managing of BAU deliverables and timings

  • Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, international SEO, content optimization, and keyword research.
  • Familiarity with Keyword Planner, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Looker Studio or similar SEO tools.
  • Experience managing content projects across multiple markets—from briefing and editing to optimizing and publishing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to SEO-driven content structure and readability.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects, in multiple languages, in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Understanding of on-page SEO elements (title tags, meta descriptions, structured data, internal linking).
  • Strong communicative and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and automation
  • ASO experience (nice to have)
  • Technical SEO background (nice to have)
