About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Global Payroll Analyst to join our payroll team. This role will focus on processing payrolls across multiple countries in EMEA, including Ireland, UK, Germany, Serbia, and Netherlands. This role will be a significant contributor to the success of the payroll team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with third party payroll providers, high analytical ability, and an understanding of local payroll tax and labor law developments. You pay great attention to detail, deliver results under deadlines and work effectively cross-functionally in a rapidly changing environment.
This is a full-time position based in Ireland or the UK where you may be asked to come into the office at times. The Global Payroll Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager, Global Payroll and will work closely with our HR Operations, Accounting, and Sales Comp teams.

What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries within the EMEA region, utilizing Vistra and Workday platforms
- Ensure accurate calculation and timely disbursement of employee salaries, bonuses, benefits and other compensation elements
- Maintain payroll workbooks to ensure accurate payroll reconciliation for each pay period.
- Maintain and own EMEA payroll processing documentation
- Manage employees’ payroll-related queries using Workday Help
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve any payroll discrepancies and issues
- Be able to research payroll issues, demonstrating high analytical ability, knowledge of best practices, and an understanding of local payroll tax and labor law developments
- Stay updated on payroll regulations, tax laws and labor laws in countries of operation
- Participate in system enhancements, upgrades and implementations related to payroll processing
- Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with HRIS or vendors to resolve technical issues promptly
- Support internal and external audits by providing payroll-related documentation
- Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Propose and implement process improvements, automation solutions or best practices to enhance payroll operations
- Actively contribute to cross-functional projects related to payroll, HRIS and finance systems
- Participate in documenting and testing controls as they relate to payroll processing
Skills We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant international payroll experience
- Proficient in Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables and other formulas) and Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as ability to collaborate closely with other teams remotely
- Experience with high-growth companies and adaptable to a fast-changing work environment
- Excellent organization skills with attention to detail and completeness
