Description
The Integrated Marketing Manager is a collaborative leader responsible for supporting, developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and generate leads that help achieve business objectives. This role reports to the Head of B2B Marketing and requires a deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices, a proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives and programs, and a passion for driving results, particularly in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop, support and execute integrated marketing programs and initiatives that align with Verily's overall business objectives, target personas, and the unique challenges and opportunities of the healthcare industry.
- Provide support for Events Lead across various internal and external events, including budget tracking, vendor management, and logistics.
- Develop and lead the integrated strategy for Verily’s Health Equity Center of Excellence, ensuring proper communication flows to and from this body of work to better inform product campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to develop and deliver internal brand assets, including the corporate newsletter
- Track and measure Verily’s brand KPIs leveraging analytics and reporting tools, to make data-driven adjustments to optimize performance and align with industry best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Work experience in enterprise marketing, healthcare experience a plus.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing programs that have achieved measurable results, demonstrating a deep understanding of healthcare principles and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence in owning workstreams and leading large cross-functional team calls.
- Proficiency with project management and marketing software tools.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Content Square, Asana, and Jira is a plus.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $143,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
