As an Integrated Marketing Field Specialist at Saviynt, you will be responsible for coordinating, supporting and executing a variety of field marketing programs to support our sales and marketing objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful programs that engage prospects, customers, and partners across different regions. This is a remote role based in the US, with preference for major metropolitan areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce in-person and virtual events from concept through completion: identify sponsorship opportunities or hosted opportunities, manage vendors, create playbooks and help measure results

Help manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and onsite coordination.

Ensure that events are aligned with marketing objectives, target audience preferences, and brand guidelines.

Work cross-functional with the demand generation team to promote activities to assist with driving attendance and engagement.

Work cross-functional with the PR and Product Marketing team to ensure messaging on site and pre-event aligns with Saviynt brand.

Build relationships with the Field Sales teams to better understand and strategize the needs for each region.

Work with the Marketing Ops team to ensure leads are imported into Hubspot and Salesforce campaigns.

Work with the SDR team to enable follow up through cadences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in event planning, field marketing, or related roles.

Proven track record of successfully executing field events that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences for event attendees.

Proficiency with event management software, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems.

Willingness to travel as needed for event execution and attendance (estimated travel up to 25%).
