What You’ll Do
- Partner with our Regional Sales Managers to support Broker Sales
- Inbound and outbound Broker sales calls
- Support Broker Sales by evaluating Inbound RFPs for required information and developing strategic product illustrations
- Conduct field enrollment meetings as necessary
- Coordinate Broker service elements with Account Management and Customer service teams
- Maintain policies and standard operation procedures
What You'll Bring
- Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong rapport-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Previous sales performance with a record of good performance (insurance preferred)
- Current Ohio State Health Insurance Producer License in good standing
