We are looking for an Influencer Coordinator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our influencer marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across various social media channels.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement

  2. Identify and recruit new influencers that align with the brand’s image and target audience

  3. Build and manage relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnerships

  4. Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers, ensuring that all requirements and deadlines are met

  5. Develop and manage influencer content collaborations, ensuring that all content is on-brand and aligned with the overall marketing strategy

  6. Coordinate influencer product collaborations, including the shipping and tracking of products and ensuring timely delivery

  7. Monitor and analyze influencer performance, providing regular reporting and insights to the marketing team

  8. Manage influencer budgets and ensure that campaigns are executed within budget

  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity in influencer marketing

Requirements

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Experience negotiating and managing contracts with influencers

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus

  • Passion for the latest social media trends and influencers

Soft Skills:

  1. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers

  2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  6. Creative and innovative thinker

  7. Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environmentCombine relevant aesthetics for our Italic brand with direct response elements

  8. Deep understanding of psychology driving “thumb stopper” advertising to grab attention within 3 seconds
