Inbound Sales Development Representative - AMER

This role offers the opportunity to work within the Sales org which helps our prospective customers and active customers to fully experience our Global HR Platform. Sales is the team responding to incoming queries and helping customers understand how to maximise Remote’s full suite of products to meet their employment needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform outreach to inbound leads and inquiries using email, calls, and social channels
  • Qualify inbound prospects from the website, chat and events to determine if there is the need for Remote
  • Educate prospects on Remote’s offerings and clearly communicate Remote’s value propositions to prospects
  • Pass qualified prospects off to the appropriate sales rep by booking a meeting and organizing easily digestible notes about the prospect’s needs
  • Provide feedback to the Marketing Team regarding quality of marketing-sourced lead

What you bring

  • Goal oriented self starter - Highly motivated to reach goals and key deliverables.
  • Desire to advance your sales skills and learn new sales tactics
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Sales or sales development experience is preferred, but not required

The base salary range for this full-time position is between $49,786 USD to $70,200 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
