About the role.
At Jabra Hearing, our mission isn’t just to deliver better hearing care, but to deliver it to more people. Our inside sales team is key to getting our hearing aids in the ears of people who need them, and we are looking to hire a remote Temporary Full-Time Inbound Sales Associate to educate and build relationships with potential customers. This role reports directly to the Director of Inside Sales. We are currently seeking temporary employees for 16 weeks.
What you’ll do.
- Complete inbound work in an omnichannel sales/support environment, with a focus on phone calls but also including live chats, customer tasks, emails, and other channels
- Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales targets by achieving and exceeding individual Sales and KPI targets
- Set the groundwork for building long-term customer relationships
- Engage and qualify prospects who have connected with the website
- Address customer questions about our product offerings
- Navigate our tools including Slack and Salesforce
- Gain expert knowledge of our products and sales tools contributing to their ongoing development
What you’ll bring.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- 1+ years of previous experience working in a high-volume call center environment or performing remote (phone/video) inside/outside sales
- Comfort working independently in a high-demand, high-touch sales environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English effectively to assist customers via phone, cases, real-time chats, and emails
- Experience with lead qualification and objection handling
- Familiarity with Salesforce, or similar, and understanding of basic sales performance metrics
- Ability to work the following schedule:
- Schedule 1: Mon & Thurs (11 -7pm EST), Tues & Fri (12 - 8pm EST), Sat (10 - 6pm EST)
You’re worth it. Our compensation is competitive: A starting rate of $21.00 per hour (plus participation in the quarterly sales bonus plan).
