As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be integral to shaping a positive and efficient experience for both our candidates and employees. You will manage key HR operations and serve as a crucial point of contact for HR inquiries. Your role will ensure that our HR processes run smoothly, from candidate interactions through to onboarding and general employee support.
Please note that whilst this position will initially be remote, in the future we will be getting an office in Cebu which you will be required to work from.
Key Responsibilities:
- HRIS & ATS Management: Oversee and update our HR Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all data is accurate and compliant. Experience with BambooHR is a plus.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate new employee onboarding, including coordinating initial activities, scheduling training sessions, and procuring employee assets. Support offboarding processes as needed.
- General HR Support: Address inquiries related to benefits, time off, and leave policies with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the VP of People & Places, including calendar management and correspondence. Create and review letters and contracts, and handle employment verifications.
- Event Coordination: Schedule and facilitate key employee events, leadership programs, and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) projects.
- Reporting & Projects: Run various HR reports, collaborate on key projects with external partners, and assist with ad-hoc projects for the People and Talent teams.
About You:
We are seeking a dedicated professional with the following qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in a Human Resources or People Operations role, ideally with experience in a dynamic or startup environment. Proficiency with HRIS software, particularly BambooHR, is preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, including the comfort to speak in Zoom calls for global new hire orientations.
- Discretion: Proven capability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle various HR functions and respond to the evolving needs of a growing team that spans multiple countries.
- Proactiveness: Ability to move quickly, ask insightful questions, and seek information when needed.
