As the HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our processes and procedures for our Shifters in over 10 countries: administering HR processes and policies, managing employee data, and supporting various People/HR Team initiatives. What You'll Do...
- Responsible for critical administrative HR processes through the entire employee lifecycle (including contract creation, on-boarding, PTO, Leave and Benefits administration, salary changes/promotion letters, governmental declarations, off-boarding and more)
- Manages the payroll process and partnerships with our external payroll providers in our 10+ countries
- Maintains accurate and secure real time people and HR data in our HRIS (SAP Success Factors)
- Design, implement and conduct data and process audits to ensure accurate and secure real-time people data in our HRIS (SAP Success Factors)
- Support important HR and cross functional reporting and compliance audit needs
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve ways of working, including creating, designing and implementing approaches that enhance the people service received by internal customers
- Partner with others across the HR team on business critical initiatives.
What You Bring...
- A degree in Human Resources and minimum 1-2 years of successful HR experience (apprenticeship), ideally in HR Operations and Administration / HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of Excel, with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working in a multinational environment
- Fluent/native in French and have advanced level in English (B2 minimum)
- A critical thinker and problem solver who always looks for opportunities to improve processes
- Adaptability and excitement for working in a growth environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills : sense of service, confidentiality, curiosity, and acts with a sense of urgency
- A clear understanding of how reliable and accurate HR systems, data management, process and procedures can play a key role in the success of a Company
In order to best serve our employees and work with other HR colleagues in the Paris office, we require this role to be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
