Within Human Resources, the HR Systems and Operations Engineering Team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive experience for stakeholders interfacing with HR technology and processes at scale. The Manager, HR Operations Engineering will be responsible for the creation and ownership of all HR operational processes for immigration, compliance, and project management programs. They will drive the strategy behind business workflows and automation designed for Human Resources. The HR Operations Engineering Manager will ensure successful delivery of all team projects and initiatives through coaching and mentorship to their team.
This position reports to the Director, HR Systems & Operations Engineering. We are open to Chicago-based and remote candidates for this role.
