This role is perfect for someone who wants to get a head start in their human resource career. You’ll learn tons about a lot of different aspects of HR. Key Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day involves a wide range of responsibilities and goals, including:
- Lead candidate outreach and sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels
- Conduct initial interviews, and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments plus interviews for candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with management and other team members to ensure status updates of tasks
- Any other responsibilities delegated; be a backup for HR generalist/admin responsibilities
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Strong time management & prioritization skills
- Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects
- Great interpersonal and people skills
- Fresh Grads with a flair for HR along with an eagerness to learn are welcome to apply

Compensation & Benefits:
- $200 per month

Details:
- This will be a 2-3 month-fixed term position.
- Full remote/WFH in India
- Working Hours are Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Indian Standard Time
