We are seeking an experienced and driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) adept at managing diverse HR functions, from employee relations to internal communication to policy development and performance management. Skilled in fostering a positive work environment, implementing strategic initiatives, project management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Proven ability to collaborate across departments and provide expert guidance on HR best practices. Seeking to contribute comprehensive HR expertise to a dynamic organization committed to fostering employee growth and organizational success.
What You’ll Do

Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to client group leadership (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) in partnership with the business.

Strategically support leadership through difficult problems to solve.

Support the HR Business Partner team’s efforts by actively contributing to the development of department goals, objectives and systems that support not only the efforts of the People Experience department but the company’s strategic direction.

Continuously cultivate positive relationships with managers and employees to promote our culture of transparency and collaboration.

Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including Performance Improvement Plans, and conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations in partnership with HRBPs.

Drive execution of HR programs including, but not limited to talent assessments, compensation reviews, career pathing and organizational design.

Advise on the development, implementation, maintenance and legal compliance of HR policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines.

Identify, review and analyze local trends & internal data, proactively recommending solutions to HRBPs to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

Assist with processing employee changes, terminations and conducting exit interviews.

Manage initiatives and projects that span across the globe and across functions.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees across different geographic locales, as needed, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Who You Are

3+ years of relevant work experience In Human Resources; 1+ years of experience in an HR Generalist/Human Resources Business Partner role

Prior experience supporting a Product & Engineering organization a plus

Prior experience supporting Asia/Pacific (APAC) a plus

Self-starter with demonstrated autonomy and ability to effectively collaborate and manage multiple competing priorities and projects

Solid knowledge of multiple human resource subject areas including compensation, employee relations, talent management, recruiting and federal and state employment laws

A well-rounded HR skillset, a true generalist who has an appetite to apply their skills in a wide range of areas

Experience applying discretion and sound judgment in managing complex processes, decisions and handling sensitive information

Sense of humor, and/ or the ability to laugh when things get hectic, a HUGE plus

Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations (ADA, EEO, FMLA, FLSA) and the ability to appropriately spot employment risk issues. Multi-geography experience is preferred; global experience is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced skills in Excel
