Who we're looking for
ZORA is looking for an experienced marketer to lead our product marketing and social efforts.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute overall product marketing and social plans to align with company goals – driving product adoption, growth and social engagement
- Develop and own product positioning and launch sequencing to best tell the Zora story in a way that resonates with our creator, collector and developer audiences
- Develop and lead product launches, ensuring alignment across product, brand and leadership teams
- Conceptualize, coordinate, and create compelling content across our different social channels
- Manage, mentor, and develop the product marketing and social team – fostering moving fast while focusing on the big little details, endless curiosity and experimentation
- Partner with cross functional teams, including brand, product, design, legal, and finance to effectively execute marketing moments
Skills we're looking for
- Deep understanding of creators, internet culture and the rapidly shifting crypto landscape
- Demonstrated ability to create and optimize product marketing and social campaigns
- Ability to context switch and manage multiple concurrent projects with ease
- Proven track record in scaling user bases for consumer apps or social platforms
- Excellent leadership and communication (written and verbal) skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
We'd love it if you had
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role
