The Team

The Growth team at Imprint is responsible for relentlessly driving the growth of our business, from setting go-to-market strategy, and driving our merchant acquisition process, to launching and running our merchant partners’ programs successfully. We span sales, marketing, partner success, brand, and product, and work cross-functionally with the leadership team to be the voice and advocate for our partners, ensuring their needs and feedback are reflected back into our product roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Play the leading role in selling to Imprint’s next generation of merchants
  • Build the sales team to execute on sales playbook 
  • Define merchant account strategy and build team pods to sell to merchants (e.g., account executive + solutions engineer + marketing/insights analyst)
  • Deal ownership and accountability from Lead to Close
  • Build Merchant Relationships 
    • Identify key stakeholders
    • Map Imprint leaders to key counterparts
    • Build personal relationships with deal champions
  • Run multiple sales processes across a portfolio of accounts

What We Look For

  • Previous Fintech experience
  • Experience selling Payments and Fintech solutions
  • A desire to own the merchant sales process from lead to close

Annual salary range: $200,000 - $250,000, and competitive equity package
