Morph is the Global Consumer Layer powering a distribution hub for the resources builders need to
launch and scale for the mass-market. Backed by Dragonfly, Pantera, Bitget, Spartan Ventures,
Foresight Ventures among others, Morph is the first Ethereum L2 with a hybrid scaling solution
combining both optimistic and ZK roll-ups, leveraging a Decentralized Sequencer Network,
Responsive Validity Proof System (RVP) and modular design to deliver flexible and efficient scaling
on EVMs. Our mission is to empower developers and enterprises with innovative tools that enhance
the capabilities of blockchain technology.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Morph Pay to lead the
development, implementation, and scaling Morph’s payment service. You will play a
pivotal role in shaping the strategy, building partnerships, and driving innovation in
blockchain payments. This is an opportunity to pioneer payment solutions at the
intersection of cutting-edge technology and real-world applications.
Responsibilities
● Develop and execute the roadmap of Morph Pay.
● Lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless payment solutions.
● Oversee the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable, and
user-friendly payment systems.
● Forge relationships with service providers, developers, and key stakeholders in
the Web3 ecosystem.
● Drive adoption by integrating with wallets, exchanges, and decentralized
applications (dApps).
● Ensure compliance with global regulations and implement robust fraud
prevention measures.
● Monitor risks associated with digital assets and mitigate vulnerabilities.
● Stay ahead of trends in blockchain payments, DeFi, and Layer 2 scaling
solutions.
● Expand the user base and improve user experience.
Requirements
● 8+ years in payments, fintech, or blockchain, with at least 3 years in a leadership
role.
● Proven track record in launching and scaling payment products in Web3 or
related industries.
● Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, wallets, smart contracts, and
decentralized payment systems.
● Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse, distributed teams.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Passion for Web3 and a vision to redefine payments in the decentralized
economy.
● Ability to navigate the fast-evolving blockchain landscape and seize
opportunities.
● Familiarity with Solana, Ethereum, and Layer 2 technologies is a plus.
