What You’ll Do
- Manage Parallel’s team of clinical managers, who oversee our school-based providers
- Act as primary point of contact for clinical support and questions (escalating to Chief Clinical Officer as needed)
- Establish benchmarks of excellence for team performance and managing to those expectations
- Work with Chief Clinical Officer on new provider training, protocols, and support materials for school based providers
- Work with operations team to ensure we meet state regulations and compliance
- Design and improve upon Parallel’s provider processes and procedures for school-based service provision, for example:
- Oversee school-based providers, ensuring strong district partnerships and accountability for performance and improvement
- Work through your management team to deliver excellence in provider performance and clinical outcomes
- Standardize systems and processes for clinical managers overseeing school-based providers
- Partner with provider operations team to drive process efficiencies in provider support, systems improvements, billing, and payroll
- Work with Chief Clinical Officer to strengthen our quality assurance systems and processes for school based providers
- Work cross-functionally across the organization to build and implement operational strategies with strong business outcomes
- Clinical oversight of accounts in partnership with customer success management team
- Assist the Clinical Recruiting team in ensuring we hire high-quality providers
- Provide subject matter expertise and sales call support to the Revenue team
- Support new provider training and onboarding with our provider education & support team
- Provide consultative expertise to the technology team for continuous improvement of our proprietary platform
- Foster sense of community within our provider network
- Host and lead monthly provider meetings
- Design events and programs to foster community and engagement
- Accountability for the results of our Provider NPS
- Work with the Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Operations Officer to continuously improve our service offerings as well as launch new service offerings for schools
What You’ll Need
- A background in clinical services provision or a deep understanding of Special Education is required
- A minimum of 4-5 years of direct management experience in a leadership role
- Prior experience managing a team of providers is preferred, previous people management is a must
- Familiarity with tele-assessment processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong project management capabilities
- High level of comfort collaborating with a revenue team
- Prior experience in program management and administration is helpful but not required
- Experience working for or partnering with an education or healthcare startup is a plus!
