Head of GTM Bussiness - West

About the Role: 

Are you the next Qventoid? We’re looking for a driven, strategic Head of GTM Bussiness - West to join our growing team. In this role, you will help expand our presence by executing targeted sales strategies and meeting net-new interaction goals. This role will be critical in ensuring our products reach key healthcare systems and help improve operational efficiency.

As a Head of GTM Bussiness - West, you will develop and execute sales plans, lead conversations with health system stakeholders, and manage the sales process from start to finish while helping to shape the future of our go-to-market approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned with the company’s go-to-market strategy.

  • Meet interaction and meeting goals through networking, prospecting, and lead conversion.

  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to deal closure.

  • Be accountable for achieving territory sales targets.

  • Become an expert on product use cases, technology platform, and future vision; lead discussions with various health system contacts.

  • Deliver product demos that simplify complex technical concepts.

  • Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve product positioning and pricing.

  • Work closely with sales and marketing to define sales processes and strategies.

  • Use Salesforce to keep all territory activity, opportunities, and forecasting updated.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 8+ years of experience selling complex solutions to hospitals and health systems.

  • Proven ability to build trust in executive relationships and effectively communicate across teams.

  • Strong understanding of hospital operations and economics.

  • Experience with end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing.

  • Ability to travel periodically (approximately 50%).

It’s a Plus if You Have… 

  • Experience leading product demonstrations in the healthcare space.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales management tools.

  • An MBA, or equivalent higher education in a related field.

  • Proven success in working with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes.

The salary range for this role is ($120,000 to $160,000) + OTE. This salary represents market data's middle to the high end across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, experience, and the role’s responsibilities. Salary/OTE is just one component of Qventus’ total rewards package. Our benefits and perks currently include, but are not limited to:
