Position Details
As the Head of Analytics & Data Insights at ecoATM, you will be responsible for leading a robust business planning and analytics function to provide proactive and real-time insights into business opportunities. You will drive the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to achieve corporate goals for profitability and uncovering new opportunities for growth. Working closely with the CFO and management team, you will conceptualize and execute the company's long-term BI/analytics strategy, identify market segments, growth opportunities, and evaluate potential partnerships. You will lead the strategic planning processes, set priorities, establish goals, and monitor progress towards achieving business objectives. Managing a team of professionals, you will provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to drive high performance and achieve team objectives. Your expertise in BI and analytics will be instrumental in improving organizational performance and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning and analysis function across the company including critical workstreams around the monthly financial forecast, the Kiosk deployment roadmap, pricing initiatives, cash in kiosk forecasting, and the customer cohort outlook
- Manage, maintain and grow strategic planning analysis, reporting and core business modeling
- Establish and expand the company's analytics and business intelligence (BI) function providing actionable insights for the company's software platforms and overall operations
- Establish and maintain a central business intelligence (BI) platform and suite of operational KPIs
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve corporate goals for profitability, Free Cash Flow generation, and customer service, in alignment with the company's overall vision and mission
- Utilize corporate data and analytics to promote alignment, education, and operational best practices
- Provide strategic direction in pricing for Kiosk and DTC Trade In Supply; Maintain third party pricing/elasticity models to ensure robust weekly pricing decisions (EXL tool in development)
- Identify key operational metrics using best practices and business model standardization (standardize KPIs and metric definitions) supporting long-term strategy and growth targets
- Identify market segments and growth opportunities through thorough market research and analysis
- Provide quantitative validation of the company's operations while leading a cross-functional team in generating and executing requirements for the analytical roadmap
- Work with data engineering with a focus on data warehousing to allow a scalable tech stack and centralized reporting functions
- Analyze market dynamics and competitive intelligence to identify trends and opportunities for the company's products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Technology, to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards strategic goals and enable analytical data-driven decisions

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex, data-driven (BI) leadership roles, with a focus on strategy and business planning
- 5+ years of experience in people management, with a proven record of building and leading high-performing teams
