Our dynamic marketing team is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, who will play a pivotal role in amplifying our digital footprint through expert management of paid search and social media advertising strategies. Situated at the heart of our marketing operations, this position offers a direct line to the Manager of Events and Demand Generation, setting the stage for impactful contributions to a fast-scaling start-up; Hyperproof.
LOCATION: 100% remote, US-based
COMPENSATION: $110,000 - 120,000 base
WHO YOU ARE
- You’re a highly analytical marketer with a bias for action.
- You will work day to day running campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and 6Sense, digging into the data to understand the “why” behind performance, and launching tests to improve upon it.
- You’ll also get to flex your creative muscles by owning landing page testing and working closely with our internal creative team to design and test new ad formats.
- This role is a unique opportunity for a digital marketer to scale their impact or for an agency media manager to gain experience on the client side.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU TO DO
- Lead a data centric paid digital marketing program that scales
- This role will analyze and manage campaigns across Google Search Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Display Ads, and test new digital channels, leveraging data-driven insights to drive new leads for the business
- Own and deliver on critical marketing metrics, demonstrating your ability to strategically guide and directly manage campaigns
- Develop and execute a comprehensive paid marketing strategy, focusing on long-term success and analysis
- Collaborate with senior leaders across multiple functions to identify and lead essential marketing work streams
- Lead projects, setting clear objectives and milestones, and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Clearly and continuously communicate paid performance, challenges, and opportunities to the wider organization
- Effectively manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers
HOW YOU’LL KNOW YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL (Key KPI’s)
- Reduced cost per MQL and SQL in LinkedIn, Google Paid Search, Bing Paid Search. Improved engagement and click through rate in 6Sense. Early improvements as soon as 90 days.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 2+ years of experience within Marketing at a B2B SaaS organization
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing
- Experience with Digital Marketing Tools: LinkedIn Advertising, Google AdWords, HubSpot, Salesforce, and 6Sense required
- Be able to provide examples of running ongoing campaigns, particularly in user acquisition and lead generation
- You are skilled in developing strategies across various functions and leading projects
- You are a data-driven decision maker with experience owning and meeting significant marketing targets
- You have hands-on experience in campaign management and are adept at coordinating with agencies and freelancers
- You’re used to owning a number and have a track record of meeting ambitious marketing goals
