Job Description
As Runway’s Growth Manager, you’ll be pivotal in shaping and executing our growth strategy, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to design, implement, and optimize campaigns that build a scalable pipeline of opportunities and drive measurable business growth.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is both data-driven and creative. You'll be responsible for leveraging modern marketing tools and tactics, including A/B testing, paid and organic channels, and experimentation, to fuel Runway’s next phase of growth.
What you’ll do
Lead generation and nurturing: Build and scale lead generation efforts, leveraging both outbound and inbound strategies.
Develop and execute growth campaigns: Create, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (SEO, paid ads, email, social media) to drive inbound leads and conversions.
Data-driven decision-making: Analyze key performance metrics, use insights to drive experiments, and continually refine strategies based on campaign performance.
A/B Testing: Conduct experiments across multiple channels to find the most effective tactics to drive user acquisition and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with marketing, product, and sales to align growth initiatives and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Optimize the customer journey: Focus on improving user acquisition, onboarding, and retention processes by identifying and addressing areas of friction.
Growth hacking and experimentation: Develop innovative, out-of-the-box strategies to tap into new customer segments and grow the brand's reach.
Who we are looking for
Growth expertise: 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation in a B2B SaaS environment.
Analytical mindset: Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
Proficiency with tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, SEO tools, and data analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
Creative problem solver: Ability to find and implement creative solutions to growth challenges, with a focus on driving results.
Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to craft compelling messages across various channels.
Results-driven: Self-starter with a proven ability to meet and exceed growth targets.
