What you will do:
Define and maintain visual guidelines for website assets to ensure consistency and visual harmony across all pages.Create high-quality website visuals that align with our brand, enhance user engagement and makes complex information easy to understand.Collaborate closely with the Website and Creative Teams to produce assets that support key business goals, particularly around Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).Keep up with the latest design and web trends to ensure our website remains fresh, modern, and appealing.Perform visual audits of website pages to identify and implement opportunities for improved design.Contribute to our broader design system, ensuring visual cohesion across teams and platforms.
What we expect:
3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on website and digital design.A strong online portfolio showcasing your skills in web graphics, layout, illustration, and branding.A keen eye for detail, layout, color, and typography.Excellent communication skills to clearly present and explain your design choices.Strong skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).A proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving and design challenges.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment.
