Global Enablement Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Accountable for logistics support of sales and partner enablement classes/events, including scheduling, registration tracking, speaker/trainer coordination and communications.
- Run enablement reporting metrics using multiple systems and assist in building KPI metric dashboards for business reviews.
- Support day-to-day administration of the learning management system (LMS), both internal and partner-facing, including the assignment of role-based learning paths and uploading of learning content
- Be first line of contact for enablement platforms (LMS, CMS)
- Manage enablement program requests and assist with prioritization process
- Support the legal & procurement processes for third party enablement vendors and ensure new vendors are set up in our procurement systems.
- Provide project management on enablement projects as needed
Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years experience working in an operations or coordinator role in a fast-paced, global high-tech environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with sales methodologies and processes
- Experience working with LMS and CMS or similar technologies
- Have an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent Google Workspace skills including Sheets, Slides, Docs and Forms
- Sales or sales enablement experience a plus
- Native level English proficiency required
