Job Responsibilities:
Must be fluent in German with English proficiencyMaintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all timesResponds promptly to customer inquiriesCommunicates with customers through various channels; chat, email & phoneAcknowledges and resolves customer complaintsObtains product mastery in order to respond to the customers’ concerns promptly and accordinglyProcesses orders, forms, applications, and requestsKeeps records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaintsSchedules calendar appointments for customersCommunicates and coordinates with colleagues as necessaryProvides comprehensive and professional customer support to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
German fluency with English proficiency (must pass language proficiency tests)Customer service/support experienceStrong phone contact, email and chat handling skills and active listeningCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customer requests/concernsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectivelyHigh school diploma or equivalent
