Superside is seeking a Creative Technologist to tailor custom AI solutions for our customers within the GenAI Consulting function. You will develop and refine AI capabilities, products, and technologies to drive our customers’ creative outputs, ensuring seamless integration within their workflows.
As a pivotal member of our GenAI Consulting team, you will focus on the technical implementation of AI solutions, including custom GPTs, custom image models, and image prompt libraries, and work closely in sync with our customers.

What You'll Do
Lead creative and technical efforts in generative AI, focusing on real customer projects to solve tangible problemsDevelop new methodologies and technologies that address and satisfy customer needs, ensuring seamless integration into their workflowsUse a customer-centric approach to align technical developments with customers' needs and workflowsAct as a technical lead in exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies within the creative fieldDevelop full-stack solutions that are robust and scalable, setting the technical direction for projectsWork closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to align technology development with business goals and user needsFacilitate a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficient problem-solvingEstablish yourself as a thought leader in creative and AI technology
What You'll Need To Succeed :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Interactive Media / Computational DesignMinimum of 3 years in a role focused on technology development and application, preferably within a tech-driven creative agency or an innovation-focused companyStrong foundation in developing AI-powered solutions for both text generation (e.g., LLMs) and image generation (e.g., SDXL, LoRA)Experience in developing full-stack solutions using technologies such as Vanilla JS, Python, C#, NodeJS, React, Redux, SASS/CSSExpertise in using creative tools like Figma, Canva, and Adobe SuiteProven track record of successful projects in the creative sectors, working closely with customer stakeholdersDemonstrate a pragmatic approach to technology development, emphasizing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) over technical perfectionExceptional problem-solving skills and strong analytical skills with the ability to innovate under constraintsExcellent communication, both verbal and written, with an ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical customer stakeholdersA deep passion for and understanding of the Generative AI landscape and its potential impact on design and development.
