GenAI Consulting Associate

Description

We’re seeking a purpose-driven and innovative Associate who will focus on advising our customers on implementing Generative AI. You will spearhead our newly formed Generative AI function, helping our customers identify and prioritize use cases for GenAI and implement customized tooling. Ultimately, your goal will be to introduce and manage the integration of Generative AI in their creative processes, ensuring the successful transformation of their creative functions.

As a high-growth scale-up that works remotely with brands like Meta, Amazon, and Salesforce, you’ll be uniquely positioned to transform the Generative AI capabilities of our portfolio of 450+ brands.

What you'll do:

Advise our customers on the implementation of Generative AI into their workflows, including preparation of workshops, analyzing existing workflows for the impact of GenAI, prioritizing use cases, and alignment with key stakeholders

Lead upskilling training courses and change management for the integration of Generative AI into their workforce

Configure and implement Generative AI tools for our customers, including custom GPTs, MidJourney prompt libraries

Support account development, including the preparation of letters of proposal and leading of exploratory calls with existing and new customers

Collaborate with creative services teams and dedicated account teams to successfully grow and develop our accounts

Partner with our customers on an ongoing basis, building trust through AI-driven creative delivery to increase their business value

Develop and grow yourself and our team as thought leaders in AI within the creative industry

Actively problem-solve on your projects and accounts, contributing to making Superside even better

What You'll Need To Succeed :

BA/B.Sc. or higher in relevant fields incl. Design, Creative, Business, Technology

Strategy consulting experience from either work or internships at a tier 1 management consulting firm

Exposure to technology-driven transformations and/or marketing transformations is desirable

A passion for generative AI in creative and marketing

Ability to quickly learn processes and multi-task projects with great detail

High level of knowledge and craft in generative AI to provide top-notch design and direction

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Bias for action, proactive, customer-centric, and execution-driven mindset

We are building new Generative AI capabilities to offer our customers our AI expertise. This means we still need to develop robust processes to provide our customers with amazing consulting services, advising them on implementing AI processes and best practices.

We are at the forefront of this consulting service, which means we need to innovate and develop a new service in the market. It's hard to get knowledge from others. In addition, we are in a unique position to leverage AI and Design during a time when the creative and marketing industries are being disrupted. This provides internal challenges as we continue to build our AI consulting teams and processes and external challenges as we continue to position our AI services.
