Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using React (frontend) and .NET (backend).
Design and implement user-friendly UI/UX with a focus on performance and user experience.
Build and integrate APIs, ensuring smooth communication between the frontend and backend.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software.
Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of the platform.
Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise in production environments.
Qualifications:
10+ years of professional experience in React and .NET development.
Strong understanding of both frontend and backend technologies.
Experience in building and deploying applications with modern React features (hooks, functional components, etc.).
Solid experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC).
Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies (Azure, AWS, etc.) is a plus.
Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
Proficient in version control tools, such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about technical solutions.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team setting.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, etc.).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
