Role
As a full-stack engineer, you'll be instrumental in automating intricate knowledge work worldwide, pushing performance boundaries previously deemed unreachable. Here's what you'll do:
- Develop and optimize scalable pipelines to automate language model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Architect, implement, and manage robust APIs for accessing fine-tuned language models, ensuring scalability and security.
- Lead the growth of our engineering team, setting high standards that drive our company's advancement.
- Tackle unparalleled product and engineering challenges, particularly in deploying LLMs in production.
This role requires at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, and it's an in-person position. Visa sponsorship is available.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven track record in building top-tier software products, focusing on backend systems and infrastructure.
- Proficiency in statically typed backend frameworks (e.g., Java, Golang, Typescript, C++), with Python skills as a plus.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ideally with NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Cloud Build, etc.).
- Demonstrated expertise in developing scalable pipelines for AI model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Product-driven engineering mindset, committed to delivering outstanding results.
- Nice to have: Experience as an early engineer at a rapidly growing startup; Interest and consideration of the impacts of AI technology.
