Mission Focus: Performing Modernization and enhancement, Operations and Maintenance, and Development on an existing web-based system to improve security, user functionality, stability, and cost efficiencies.

Location/Flexibility: Remote with a possibility for occasional travel
Responsibilities:
The Full Stack Developer will:
- Develop, research, design, implement, test, and evaluate software systems, in conjunction with hardware product development, that enable computers to performer their applications, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis
- Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
- Consult with hardware engineers and other engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, and operational and performance requirements of the overall system
- Develop and direct software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation
Required Qualifications:
Expert: BS degree and 11+ years of relevant experience OR HS Diploma and 14-17 years of relevant experience
Senior: BS degree and 6+ years of relevant experience OR HS Diploma and 9-13 years of relevant experience
Mid: BS degree and 3+ years of relevant experience OR HS Diploma and 6-8 years of relevant experience
Junior: BS degree OR HS Diploma and 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Oracle Certified Associate/Professional Java Developer (OCA/OCP)
- Knowledge of application development, testing & integration, and Agile software development practices
- Experience using Git and experience managing development artifacts such as code repositories inside GitLab
- Solid understanding of data analytics and proven experience building live and intelligent dashboards
- Understanding of DoD software development practices, STIGs, and security guidelines
- Experience managing software development team(s) through a complete software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Full-stack Application development experience using languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, Angular, React, NodeJS
- Proven experience with relational and non-relational databases
- Understanding of DevSecOps concepts and cloud environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work with minimum direction and guidance from senior technical staff
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the following tool sets: SharePoint, Testflight, Attack the Network Toolsuite (ANTS), ArcGIS, Analyst Notebook, CIDNE
- Experience working in cloud environments
- Security+ Certification
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at times.
