What You’ll Do:
Work directly with the founding team to discuss strategy, growth, and business direction.
Provide weekly consultation and strategic insights on branding, marketing, operations, and scaling a DTC business.
Identify opportunities for growth, fundraising, partnerships, and market expansion.
Offer guidance on team structure, supply chain, and operational efficiencies.
Potentially transition into a full-time CXO (e.g., Chief Growth Officer, Chief Brand Officer, or Chief Operating Officer).
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in launching and scaling a DTC brand, preferably in fashion.
Experience as a Founder, CEO, CMO, COO, or another leadership role in a high-growth consumer brand.
Strong business acumen with expertise in brand positioning, marketing strategy, and operational scaling.
Ability to work at a high level with founders and contribute meaningfully to strategic decisions.
Open to a flexible, advisory role initially, with potential for a CXO transition.
