What You’ll Do:
- Lead the creation of visually engaging and effective communication materials across diverse projects.
- Define and maintain the visual identity of Oliv.AI.
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices.
- Drive the design vision and strategy in collaboration with product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Develop and implement user-centered design processes to create intuitive and seamless user experiences.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across all platforms and collateral
What We Need:
- 4-7 years of experience in designing for SaaS companies, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills and creativity. AI exposure preferred
- Proven experience in leading design projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of web design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful and functional designs.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
