Duties will include
Manage sales contract and order processing for own accounts in coordination with Revenue Controller & Client ServiceInterface with Client Service & offshore accounting team to manage sales contracts & order processingEnsure adequate performance and reporting on the following by leveraging both onshore and offshore resources:Customer invoicingCredit managementIssue resolution and dispute managementAccounts Receivable management, incl. cash collection and allocationCustomer credit verificationSupport Revenue Controller in adopting a regional agenda and link in with offshore partners to standardise revenue processes Support revenue recognition in accordance with US GAAP criteria and assist in maintaining relevant documentation for auditing purposesSupport the Revenue Controller in delivering appropriate & accurate revenue accounting in accordance with US GAAPProvide an overview to Revenue Controller and Finance Business Partner on pipeline, orders and contracts, revenue, billing and receivables and credit management Work with Revenue Controller in providing input on revenue related accruals and balance sheet account reconciliationsSupport Revenue Controller in the implementing & monitoring of adequate controls on revenue processes to support & maintain adequate controllership at all timesAssist Revenue Controller in regional statutory compliance related to revenue accounting, reporting, and audit as requiredAssist Revenue Controller in local projects pertaining to revenue processes
Requirements
Degree in Finance or Accounting preferredFluency in German (B2 at least) and English is mandatory; third regional language preferredStrongly preferred knowledge of SAP and SalesforceExperience working in multinational, multi-cultural environmentExperience working with remote counterparts3 Years Experience working in Finance
