How you will make an impact:
As the Financial Reporting Manager, you will have the opportunity to assist in overseeing financial reporting and technical accounting for a high growth organization. This role is an individual contributor and will support the Director of Technical Accounting and Reporting. You will work cross functionally with accounting, legal, FP&A and other stakeholders across the organization, to deliver timely financial reporting and provide accurate accounting guidance in accordance with U.S. GAAP. In addition, the right candidate will be comfortable managing tax compliance and proactively monitoring various tax obligations.
How you will make a difference:
- Assist with the timely and accurate preparation of all financial reports, including supporting schedules and tie-outs, in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Prepare the statement of cash flows and various supporting schedules.
- Complete the disclosure checklists and research disclosure requirements.
- Keep abreast of new accounting pronouncements and research and document the accounting and reporting implications.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure the timely and accurate completion of financial statement, statutory, and tax audits.
- Research and document the accounting implications of non-routine significant transactions and proactively and effectively manage the external auditor review process.
- Prepare and coordinate the compilation of month-end reporting and financial statement fluctuation analysis.
- Actively participate in the month-end close process including journal entry preparation, fluctuation analysis, and reconciliations.
- Document and assist in the review of the company’s accounting policies.
- Oversee external consulting firms to ensure compliance with various local, state, federal, and international tax and statutory requirements.
- Timely file government reports and surveys.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as necessary.
We are looking for people who have:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in accounting; including public accounting experience and experience with financial reporting in a public company.
- Publicly traded global technology company experience.
- Experience solving, documenting, and appropriately communicating complex technical accounting issues.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Previous project management experience.
- Experience with NetSuite and Workiva is a plus.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and adhere to tight deadlines.

- Keen analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization and manage relationships with external parties.

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $124,000 - $187,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial.
