We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Financial Controller to join our team. As a Financial Controller, you will work closely with our finance and tax department to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting processes. This full-time role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in finance within a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Prepare monthly financial closing in the ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports, adhering to IFRS guidelines
- Assist in redesigning processes for financial reporting and financial controlling in the ERP system
- Maintain financial records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of accounting data
- Assist in communication with auditors
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations, IFRS or US GAAP
- ACCA or relevant certification is a plus
- More then 3 years of experience in financial controlling/financial reporting
- Big-4 experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP system is a plus
- Analytical mindset with an attention to details
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising accuracy
- Intermediate proficiency in English
