What you will be doing

Execute routine activities like accounts payable, reporting and reconciliations.

Assist the Accounting team in automating journal entry routines on ERP and other platforms.

Help the Financial team develop, update, and control spreadsheets.

Design and implement Data Mining and Analysis tools to empower decision-making across the company.

We need someone to help us set up the operation, monitor it daily, prepare reports, and perform reconciliations.

What you need to succeed

Proficiency in SQL and Python.

Understanding of accounting principles and cash management routines.

Strong skills in data analysis, logic, and inference.

Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools).

Nice-to-Have:

Knowledge of financial math.

Familiarity with Brazilian Central Bank (Bacen/BCB) regulations and reporting.

Experience with ERP software (SAP or similar systems).

We are not expecting candidates to have expertise across all of these areas. We will gladly help you bridge the gaps.

As a member of a fully remote and distributed team, you are expected to complete tasks autonomously, being highly collaborative and self-driven.
