About this role
We are looking for a Finance Lead to oversee and lead our financial strategy and operations.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will work closely with the executive team to ensure financial health and compliance, driving strategic initiatives to support our mission.

What you’ll do
Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth and sustainability.
Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and compliance.
Manage cash flow, investment activities, and financial risks to maintain financial health.
Lead the finance team in conducting audits, financial analysis, and process improvements.
Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and operational efficien
What you’ll need
5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on financial management or controllership.
Proven experience in B2B SaaS or tech startup environments is preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, with experience in financial modeling and analysis.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
Ideally based in the Philippines or another non-US location.
