What you’ll do
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities for process optimization within the finance functionDevelop and implement efficient and scalable finance processes, leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutionsConduct thorough data analysis to support decision-making and drive strategic initiativesCommunicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and driving alignment across teamsManage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met while mitigating risksAct as a subject matter expert on finance processes, providing guidance, documentation and support to internal teams as neededStay informed about industry trends and best practices, leveraging knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the finance functionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and ensure alignment with finance objectives
What you’ll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of financial processes and demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver resultsExcellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-makingStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiencesDemonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying issues, developing solutions, and implementing improvementsProject management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completionAbility to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions, including Tech, Revenue Ops, and Data teamsDetail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work activitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needsStrong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
