About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with deep experience in data integration, SQL, and working directly with US-based enterprise clients. As a consulting-facing technical expert, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining robust, scalable data pipelines and integrations that power mission-critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities
*Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and transformation workflows across multiple systems.
*Collaborate with client stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
*Implement data integration using Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or custom-built frameworks.
*Perform data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and troubleshooting to ensure data integrity and consistency.
*Create and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures to support reporting, analytics, and ETL/ELT processes.
*Participate in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and client presentations as a trusted technical advisor.
*Monitor data workflows and proactively resolve data quality or integration issues.
*Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices and standards.
Required Qualifications
*7+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or integration engineering roles.
*Strong expertise in SQL and relational database systems (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
*Proven experience with integration platforms such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or equivalent custom integration frameworks.
*Advanced knowledge of data mapping, transformation logic, and handling edge-case scenarios.
*Experience troubleshooting complex data pipelines and resolving data quality issues.
*Excellent communication and consulting skills; ability to interface directly with US-based clients.
*Demonstrated success working in client-facing roles within a consulting or professional services environment.
*Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
*Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
*Experience with data modeling, data lake architecture, or event-driven data processing.
*Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation or ETL tasks.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira-based workflows.
*Experience with data governance, security, and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
