We are looking for an Executive Support Generalist to help us empower our leaders navigate through administrative challenges with ease and efficiency. This pivotal role involves working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and leaders to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

About you:
You have 4+ years as an Executive Assistant (or 5+ years working as a Senior Administrative Assistant) and enjoy partnering with leadership teams to showcase how to best leverage your skills and abilities. You are a culture champion - you are always looking for ways to hop in and help on a project or just focus on bringing the team closer. You have experience working with G-suite and Slack. Working in a remote environment is a definite plus.
In the first month, you'll:
- Gain basic understanding of RevenueCat, its customers, and the broader ecosystem in which we operate
- Meet and form relationships with people across the org, focusing primarily on your main collaborators across the leadership team
- Proactively manage the calendars of the leadership team, coordinating schedules across various time zones and prioritizing effectively.
- Present your “first ship”, a RevenueCat onboarding tradition where you create and share something meaningful with the rest of the team based on your first two weeks in the role.
- Begin contributing to ongoing projects in a support capacity
Within the first 3 months, you'll:
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, accurately capturing all documentation. Follow up with clear action items and relevant notes.
- Assist with the production of RevenueCat's culture-enhancing activities, including bi-weekly company-wide calls and offsite retreats.
- Manage our swag distribution system, exemplifying our company value of being "customer obsessed" by providing customers with personalized links for swag redemptions.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, ride-shares, and scheduling customer meetings across various time zones for our leadership team.
- Contribute to People Ops and Talent initiatives, helping coordinate interview panel loops and new hire onboarding processes.
Within the first 6 months, you'll:
- Play a role in company-wide initiatives, actively contributing to the strategic planning of upcoming company milestones.
- Assist in the scoping and execution of special projects delegated by our leadership team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely completion.
Within the first 12 months, you'll:
- Evolve into a strategic partner, providing substantial support and leverage across the organization.
