Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our four-person Partner Team. You will help drive efficiency and ensure seamless operations across the organization. You will excel at managing traditional executive assistant responsibilities while also contributing to operational initiatives that enhance team productivity and overall business success. You will report to one of the Managing Partners.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our four-person Partner Team. You will help drive efficiency and ensure seamless operations across the organization. You will excel at managing traditional executive assistant responsibilities while also contributing to operational initiatives that enhance team productivity and overall business success. You will report to one of the Managing Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support
  • Manage complex calendars for the Partner Team, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up action items.
  • Coordinate and manage email correspondence, ensuring prompt attention to critical matters.

  • Operational Support
  • Oversee the execution of special projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Assist in maintain and optimize internal processes
  • Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense reporting for the Partner Team.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Partner Team and other departments as needed, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Support client and team gifting needs in partnership with preferred vendors.

  • Event & Travel Coordination
  • Plan and coordinate team events, workshops, and off-site meetings.
  • Manage travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and meeting arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and protocols during travel and event planning.

  • Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate smooth interactions.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members, ensuring alignment with company culture and processes.
