As the Product Field - Vehicle Diagnostics we shape the next level of vehicle diagnostic solutions by providing modular software paired with consulting and professional services, supporting the transition to software-defined vehicles with components and services that monitor vehicle health for precise troubleshooting, all tailored to fit the digitalization journey of OEMs

Qualifications
[Mandatory]
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Prior experience in a Scrum Master role and Agile practices, tools, and methodologies, ideally in a SAFe environment.
- A deep understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework, including its values, principles, and practices.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills, including the ability to lead and coach teams, manage stakeholders, and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for facilitating team discussions, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring team cohesion.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, both personally and at the team and organizational levels.
- Skills in managing and leading change within an organization, including the ability to help teams adapt to and embrace new methods and practices.
- Languages: You have business fluent English skills and Japanese proficiency above beginner level.
