We are seeking a dedicated ERP Project Manager to lead the Ongoing Support and Improvement of our Oracle NetSuite system within Palta Group. The ideal candidate will have experience managing ERP implementation projects or finance business process automation projects, focusing on delivering successful outcomes. This role involves close collaboration with various departments and our NetSuite Service Provider company to ensure our ERP system meets business needs and continues to improve.
What you will do

Manage the stabilization and development of the Oracle NetSuite system, ensuring it aligns with the strategic goals of Palta Group

Work closely with finance stakeholders and different departments to collect and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable plans for ERP projects implementation

Maintain regular communication with our NetSuite Service Provider to ensure business needs are met and implemented effectively into the ERP system

Provide continuous support and identify opportunities for improvements within the ERP system to enhance efficiency and performance
We expect that you have

Significant experience in automating, reengineering, or reviewing finance business processes. This experience is as crucial as ERP implementation and demonstrates an understanding of financial workflows and process optimization

Relevant experience working with IT solutions implementation primarily with Oracle NetSuite is an advantage

Strong understanding of finance processes and concepts, including General Ledger, AR (incl. Subscription Revenue Management), AP, Fixed Assets, Taxation, Consolidation, Statutory and Management Reporting

Good communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Intermediate or higher English level – both spoken and written
