We need an English-fluent Entry Level Talent Acquisition person, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Actively source potential candidates on niche platforms like LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, and GitHub.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes.
- Support back office in creating profiles to present to clients, creating overviews of client companies, and organizing and maintaining the organization of the database, drives, and folders.
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails/messages to candidates.
- Support with passive recruiting tasks, such as creating JDs, scorecards, analyzing applications, and contacting candidates.
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and evolve in the Talent Acquisition area.
- Being interested and coachable.
- Excellent English skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be proactive and supportive of other team members
Compensation:
- The Salary range for this position varies from (USD) $300 - $500 per month.
- The Talent Acquisition person will be hired as an Independent Contractor through a payroll platform.
- The work is 100% REMOTE.
