Cloudflare’s IT Enterprise Applications Team is a crucial pillar of the CIO Organization. The team operates Cloudflare’s enterprise systems end-to-end, providing process cohesiveness across the functional business areas.
Role Overview:
Cloudflare’s Enterprise Applications Team is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Go-To-Market Systems Administrator. Moreover, the ideal candidate will oversee SaaS license provisioning and management Cloudflare’s Enterprise Applications, look for innovative ways on where we can be efficient with SaaS licenses, perform frequent audits to optimize license usage, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve the onboarding process for Cloudflare employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and sustain SaaS applications license management, with a particular emphasis on automating provisioning and streamlining onboarding processes in collaboration with IT Operations and Infrastructure teams to improve operational efficiency
- Be the main point of contact to administer and oversee Enterprise Applications platform access for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal and BI departments. (Quip, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gainsight and PRM platform)
- Triage and/or support the operational needs of the Global sales team, as well as Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Support, and various internal stakeholders as it relates to Enterprise Applications.
- Implement and maintain efficient automated processes for user provisioning and de-provisioning across multiple GTM Tools, while maintaining detailed documentation for onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Use industry standardized tools for vendor and license management such as Zylo, Productiv etc to monitor and manage software license counts and ensure vendor contract compliance and cost-effectiveness on behalf of respective departments.
- Conduct regular audits to assess license utilization and optimize allocation.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the Go-To-Market systems landscape.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to Define,refine and document the employee onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for new joinees.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs while adhering to security and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years Proven experience in system administration, with a focus on access management and automation within a heavily integrated Enterprise Systems landscape.
- Good understanding of CRM platform, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience administering integrated tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Self-starter and quick learner with the ability to work independently to tackle problems and build out unique scalable solutions
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience with license management and auditing is a plus.
