Enterprise Partner Manager - Shopify

Overview

This position offers the opportunity to lead strategic partnerships, drive indirect revenue growth, and contribute significantly to the expansion of Recharge in the subscription commerce industry.  As the Enterprise Partner Manager, Shopify, at Recharge, you will own our pivotal relationship and growth strategy with Shopify Enterprise Account Executives and Enterprise GTM teams.  You will report to the Director of Partnerships, owning go-to-market initiatives with these Shopify teams including co-marketing, co-selling, and enablement.  You will work cross-functionally with GTM functions in Recharge including Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Solutions to achieve your goals and those of the partnership.

What you'll do

  • Live by and champion our values: Accountability, Collaboration, Iteration & Details

  • Generate pipeline and revenue in collaboration with Enterprise Shopify GTM teams.

  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets, driving growth through effective channel enablement and support.

  • Facilitate collaboration between Enterprise Shopify GTM and Recharge GTM teams

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align channel initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution.

  • Manage relationships with Shopify Enterprise Accounts Executives and Solutions Engineering Teams.

  • Develop and execute channel enablement strategies to expand access and awareness within the Enterprise Shopify channel, ensuring identification of opportunities for Recharge products to support Shopify merchants’ goals. 
  • Collaborate with Recharge Partner Marketing on co-marketing opportunities with Shopify.

  • Represent Recharge at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, cultivating relationships with new and existing partners.

  • Drive thought leadership and industry best practices through community-wide enablement and marketing initiatives, positioning Recharge as a leader in subscription commerce solutions.


 

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in channel management, business development, or related roles, preferably in the payments, fintech, or ecommerce industry.

  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through strategic channel partnerships, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing strategic partnerships with autonomy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing complex channel strategies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
