Enterprise Account Executive - Production & Automotive

The Team:
The Enterprise Production & Automotive sales team is part of our regional DACH sales team. The team is supported by first-class products, first-class sales processes and collaboration with other functions.

The Role:
As an Enterprise Account Executive within our Production & Automotive Vertical, your main objective is to expand enterprise accounts and thus make a significant contribution to our strategic goal of capitalizing more market potential and sustainably retaining our customers.


The work you’ll do:

  • Manage a fixed number of named accounts with the objective to generate expand business. Land-and-expand is the typical model.
    Engage cross Line-of-Business at C-level and below
  • Represent the entire Celonis suite of solutions 
  • Hold an individual revenue target for closing multi-six figure deals within your accounts
  • Engage closely with partners, especially Big4, other consulting firms, GSIs and RSIs
    Engage closely with your virtual team including value engineers, partner managers, marketing managers, business development representatives, professional services and implementation partners 

 

The qualifications you need:

  • 3+ years of experience in management/business process consulting, having contributed to securing new project wins
  • or 3+  years of experience selling enterprise business software to senior stakeholders, preferably at C-level (CFO, CPO, COO…) in a new business focused field sales role
  • Experienced in building trusted relationships with senior LOB stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business processes and KPIs -  especially within Finance and Supply Chain
  • Creative and analytical ability to anticipate and identify use cases within enterprises
  • Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment and understanding of the Production & Automotive industry would be significant advantages but are not must-haves
  • Experience in working with partners, i.e. consulting firms or enterprise tech providers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (fluent)  and English
  • Ability to adapt to a fast moving, ever changing, high growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking and a growth mindset
  • Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, embrace diversity and have strong interpersonal skills -  #differentmakesusbetter
  • Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team -  #bestteamwins
